Achieving balance is something many of us struggle with. By taking a full body approach to exercise as well as promoting a connection between your mind and body True Balance Pilates sessions can help you in your search for balance.
If balance isn't what you are looking for they can also give you a good work out, building your strength and mobilising your body, or they can just give you an hour of relaxation in your busy day. Regular Pilates can improve back pain, strengthen your core and correct postural issues.
Sessions are aimed at beginner/intermediate level but all abilities are welcome. The aim of each class is to help you to become stronger and more flexible so that you can perform your daily activities more easily.

One to One Pilates sessions
If attending a group session isn't for you or if the times aren't convenient you can book an individual session or a session for you and a small group of friends. The benefits include:
